As soon as the Reima Online Shop has received your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail, where you will be able to see all of the details of your order. We will process and ship your order within 1-2 business days. Once we have sent your Reima package, we will also send you the shipping confirmation by e-mail. In this shipping confirmation, you will also find the tracking code, which you can use to track your Reima package.
All orders under $100 will incur a shipping charge of $9.95. All orders over $100 will receive free standard shipping.
Our logistics partner UPS provides the final mile delivery. Most orders, except those who have purchased the Reima Baby Box, are shipped from our warehouse in Fontana, California. Other products, like the Reima Baby Box, will be shipped from our Canadian warehouse partners in Quebec, Canada. These shipments will not incur any additional charges.
Please note that we only deliver to the US. We do not deliver to the following territories:
