Refund Policy
Returns and exchanges must be started within 30 days of order delivery.
You can choose to receive a refund or store credits. We will change a flat rate of $9 as return handling fee. Returned products must be unused, unworn, and not show any signs of damage. Can I return my item for a refund or exchange?
Unless marked specifically as non-refundable or no returns, which are items purchased in the Sample Sale pages or from various discounts & sales, we gladly accept returns, provided that you purchased & received it less than 30 days ago and the item is unused and in its original condition with the tags still on the product. Returns will incur a $9.00 return handling fee. We also offer free exchanges for products that are unused, within the 30-day window, and still have the tags on the product.
If you choose store credit, you'll receive it as a code via email immediately after your return is processed.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
How can I return my item for a refund?

How much does it cost to return an item?
We charge a flat rate of $9 for the return delivery of any item for delivery and restocking fees. We also offer free exchanges.
How long will it take to get my money back?
Please allow 2-3 business days from the date on which we receive your return to process and return your payment. If you choose to refund to the original payment methods, it will take 3-10 business days to process depending on your card issuers. However, sometimes, we experience delays throughout this process and are working to get you your money as quickly as possible. If you choose the store credit option, the gift card code will sent to your email immediately after the return is processed.
